Online Focus Group
The Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni Association (WLUAA) wants your help with an exciting new online initiative that will help us improve the success of our association.
We would like you to be part of a small group of alumni representatives of our university community, to share your opinions on issues of importance to alumni and our university. We would like to emphasize that this program is for alumni purposes only and your personal information will never be used to garner, solicit or request any kind of personal or monetary details.
As a member of this group, your feedback will help the WLUAA to:
- understand the evolving requirements of our alumni to ensure that we have a representative perspective on important issues that affect our university;
- appreciate the desired interaction with the diverse stakeholders within our university community;
- determine the effectiveness of our alumni initiatives (such as our member profiles, e-newsletter, and special events); and
- communicate effectively with our alumni
We intend to send you 3 to 4 web-based surveys each year. Each survey will be simple to complete online, and will take no more than 5 minutes of your time. The information you provide us will be held confidential, but the accumulated feedback and data will be invaluable in helping us understand the needs and perspective of WLU Alumni. As part of our interactive dialogue with you as a member of the Online Focus Group, we will provide timely feedback to you on the advice and opinions you have shared with us.
