Partners in Excellence Program

Laurier's Partners in Excellence Program offers support to student initiatives.
Students can apply individually, or as part of a team, for monetary support to help them participate in extra-curricular activities both at home and abroad - which are not part of their current course requirements - and directly or indirectly benefit the student community.
Proposals must be submitted to the Alumni Relations Office located in Alumni Hall.
The following guidelines must be adhered to in order to be accepted as a proposal:
Students, alumni, or faculty (on behalf of their students) are eligible to apply. Proposals must be no more than 2 pages and should include the following:

- Title of Project
- Project Coordinator - The person responsible for directing the project and has fiscal accountability for the project
- Impact to the Laurier Student Community - Describe how the project benefits - either directly or indirectly - the student community.
- Budget Details - Provide a proposed budget for the project. Applicants should be very specific as to how the funding will be allocated.
- Partners in Excellence Funding Requested - Indicate the amount that you are requesting.
Successful applicants will be required to submit a final summary report. All questions regarding submissions can be directed to the Alumni Relations Office at 519-884-0710 ext. 3180.

WLUAA takes great pride in dedicating much of its energy to helping students, members of the community and on-campus student initiatives with scholarships and bursaries that help make a variety of activities available to our student body outside of the classroom.
