Advancement and External Relations is the department responsible for fundraising and alumni programs at Laurier.

We are a passionate, dedicated team committed to advancing Laurier's mission. We do that by:

• Strengthening relationships with students, alumni and friends.
• Collaborating with faculties, departments and other stakeholders of the university.
• Providing creative opportunities for engagement and philanthropy to enhance the success of our university.

Our vision is to be the finest and most highly respected Development, Alumni Relations and Advancement Services program in Canada. Here are some of our recent successes:

• Laurier is the first university in Canada to receive accreditation from Imagine Canada under The Standards Program.
• Silver from the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education for Best student/young alumni initiative 2017.
• Silver medal from the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education for Best new idea 2017
