Did you lose your degree/diploma? Did you change your name and want your new name on your degree? Is a potential employer demanding an official copy? You can get a replacement or duplicate copy by filling out the Degree/Diploma Replacement or Duplicate Copy Request Form, paying the applicable fee, and submitting both to Enrolment Services. As a Laurier graduate, you can access Laurier systems to view your record of coursework, tax forms, access job postings and Career Centre services. To access systems, you will need a Laurier network account. 

Your Laurier username is your Laurier email address (e.g., abcd1234@mylaurier.ca). If you do not remember your password, use the Self-Serve Password Reset tool. 
If you are an alumni of Laurier and haven't logged into your account in over two years, your Laurier account may be deactivated due to lack of activity. If the password reset does not work or you graduated prior to having a mylaurier.ca email, please email support@mylaurier.ca. The ICT Service Desk will assist to reactivate or create your account.

• Outlook email (@mylaurier.ca)

Is the name in LORIS or on your Degree/Transcript/Confirmation of Enrolment incorrect? Please complete the appropriate form below to adjust your official legal name. Please note that official documentation is required and must be submitted through the form below (e.g. Birth Certificate, valid Passport, Marriage certificate, or name change document from the Ministry).
