Community Campaign - Payroll Deduction

Are you new to Laurier? Are you an alumni returning as a staff or faculty member? You’ve joined a unique community where students, staff, faculty and volunteers are engaged and inspired to make the world a better place. 

Through the Our Laurier campaign, staff and faculty like you can match your passion with an area of support for this vibrant community, including mental health initiatives, student financial support, student emergency funding and so much more. You can choose where you’d like to make a difference. Whatever your passion, you have the opportunity to support it through Our Laurier.  

Ready to give? Make your donation through bi-weekly payroll or online through VISA, Mastercard or PayPal.

As Laurier is a registered charity, you are eligible for a tax receipt. All payroll gifts are receipted on your T4 in February. Any donation which you have made by cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard or American Express will be receipted by email 3-5 business days after your donation was made.

As noted above, gifts to Laurier have a powerful effect on Laurier’s ability to remain a top tier institution. Your donations help our students to thrive, and giving shows our students and our greater community that we believe in our work enough to invest in it ourselves!

You can choose the fund which your gift will support. You can direct your gift to any Faculty, some departments, programs and centers, you can create or contribute a scholarship, award or bursary, you can support projects in Student Affairs such as wellness initiatives, Athletics and emergency funding and more! Ready about the many areas to give.

Our Laurier’s success is measured by how many staff and faculty members participate as well as the amount of money raised. You can give in any amount that you choose. All giving matters and what is most important is that you are getting involved at a level that is meaningful for you.

Donations made to Laurier’s United Way campaign are not included in the Our Laurier campaign as these gifts are given directly to the United Way.
